Dear Sheila Links,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out today because of our subcontractor, the MaintaiU Company. Because of the increase in information delivery via company intranets and the focus we needed to give to the custom applications, MaintainU came in to help us perform routine maintenance on your website and other clients.

 

But over the past few months, we’ve had problems with MaintainU not paying attention to version dates and also uploading old pages to our clients’ sites. Having dealt with several complaints, I had a long conversation with Jason Hughes, the president of MaintainU, highlighting that mistakes are not acceptable. They have, however, made changes requested by clients.

 

At this point, I am afraid that I may no longer be needing their services any further. I am confident that if my Company has to respect our relationship with Gateway Industries, I will need to clean up my mess and sort everything right.

As you are aware, my Company’sCompany’s primary aim is to manage a team of developers. Our team’s chief goal is to build and deliver custom web applications and to update our clients’ websites. Due to the overwhelming responsibilities in delivering information via company intranets, my CompanyCompany decided to hire you as our subcontractors in helping us perform routine maintenance on our clients’ websites. Eight months ago, you promised to deliver these services efficiently and effectively. But to our knowledge, to our expectations, this has not come true.

 

Over the past few months, we’ve had problems with you not paying attention to version dates and also uploading old pages to our clients’ sites. My CompanyCompany has had to deal with several cases from our clients in the past few months. Recently I had a lengthy conversation with you, the president of MaintainU, highlighting that Nash Internet Design Company does not tolerate mistakes.
