Concerning the stated business challenges of this particular research, we need to greatly understand some of these strategical issues to fine-tune the progress of the Marrison company. The strategy of the organizational ability will be very critical, especially to the director of the company. Coordination processes of the company will also matter a lot since it involves it involves analysis, optimization, and understanding of the sake of maximum efficiency. Creativity is another strategic skill the director should apply to solve the financial challenges of the Marrison company(Render, 1997).
