I am writing to notify you that we have received your letter dated 27th August 2020 concerning the price difference refund of the blender you purchased in our store. Thank you so much for writing and for giving us a chance to look into this matter. It is of much essence for us to know of the concerns that arise with our esteemed customers, as we want to establish customer satisfaction, particularly to loyal customers such as yourself.
In light of what has been said in your claim letter, we would wish to reiterate that a customer is entitled to the best price guarantee if the discovery of a low market price of the same price is made within 30 days. I am sorry to notify you that your discovery period exceeds the set timelines. The market price is a dynamic factor that is highly influenced by the demand and supply of a particular product, and so we expect prices to change frequently. The same work which was trading at $60 on the day of your purchase is currently worth $40 in our stores.
I hope you agree with me that our store still offers the best price on the market. I am sorry we cannot compromise the set company guidelines as this will create an avenue for more unjust claims. However, we noticed that you are a loyal customer of our store and therefore promise to offer a 25% discount on the next product purchased in our store. We are always happy to be informed of concerns that may negatively affect our customers’ already attained relationships.
