It involves being honest and showing adherence to strong moral principles and living consistent with them. While doing your day-to-day activities, you can judge how high your Integrity is by looking at your responses to the inevitable ups and downs of life. Your Integrity plays a significant role in interacting with other people within your group or even outside. One can do several things to be a better version of you in matters of Integrity. The first one is to decide upon your most essential values in life and organize them in order of priority. The second step to developing Integrity and character is to follow the ways of great men and women or your role models. Study the lives of people you look up to, and most people whose strength and character have enabled them to change the world. The third and most crucial step in building your Integrity has to do with formulating your approach based on human behaviour psychology. If one feels a particular way, they will act in a manner consistent with that feeling. There are three integrity areas of your life where acting with Integrity is crucial. These are the areas of greatest temptations for forsaking your Integrity and the areas of most significant opportunity for building Integrity. When you listen to your inner voice and do what you know to be the right thing in these areas, you will have a sense of peace and satisfaction that will lead you to success and high achievement. Also, the value of Integrity has to do with the relationship you have with your family and friends and the people close to you. Being true to oneself means refusing to do or say something that you do not believe is right.
