In addition, critical thinking remains essential in applying analytical methods that aid the process of management and entrepreneurship. In these two fields, critical thinking allows an individual to consider intended and unintended behaviors of the workplace teams, communities they serve, and the organization. The application of critical thinking in such a complicated situation requires understanding the concept of worldviews—the diversity of individuals in the workplace warrants understanding the different forms of worldviews, which encompasses various aspects. Working in a managerial capacity in my organization requires combining these two essential concepts to achieve balance despite its diversity.

Organizations require managers and employees who can think independently without external influence or bias. Further, I have learned that successful managers can predict possible patterns of other employee behaviors and processes in their lives. Besides, the highly developed skill of critical thinking allows managers to ask the right or resourceful questions such as why and how to assist them in making thoughtful decisions. In recent years, I have noted that businesses and organizations actively seek employees, especially managers, who show high critical thinking abilities. The primary influence for this approach remains the need to employ individuals who can effortlessly bring new and fresh ideas to the table. Fresh ideas allow the business or the organization to stay ahead of other competitors. Managers mainly learn practical abilities of critical thinking during the period spent during learning in tertiary institutions. The diversity brought about by students from various cultures and different parts of the world equips managers with strong critical thinking abilities.

Comprehending various characters and traits of people from different parts of the world requires learners to understand the concept of worldviews. The majority of individuals in my community practice Christianity. Yet, my community has a variety of individuals who follow and support other worldviews, such as secular practices. As a result, managers must understand how these concepts occur and interact with each other. Understanding various worldview concepts begin when the managers learn and comprehend the worldly concepts they follow. I have experienced the effect of the understanding concept of self-worldview during inquiries and decision-making processes at the workplace. I had the experience of asking the right questions without hurting the beliefs of my junior employees. I applied the understanding I possess on the Christian worldview and the respect I gathered for other concepts as I made an unbiased decision. The idea of worldviews requires the consideration of various assumptions, beliefs, values, attitudes, and ideas that assist in the formation of a modern realistic notion.

Workplace managers should possess the ability to combine the skills of critical thinking and their understanding of the worldview concept. Essential skills of thinking, mainly develop when individuals experience everyday challenges and mainly, from the education system. Additionally, comprehending the worldview concept occurs during the study of various worldviews that are notable, individual practiced worldviews. For example, Christians should engage in learning Christian worldviews, which enable them to appreciate others in different social contexts.
