Regarding the market opportunity, the company will acquire a market from the high population of young women who focus on purchasing stylish clothes that are eco-conscious. To acquire the market, the company will adopt various advertising means to create awareness of the company brand among the people. In relation, the company will advertise its products in TV’s, social media platforms and through influential models. Concerning retail activities, BJB Company will develop an online purchasing system within its website upon which web visitors can purchase company products. The company will further develop physical stores in Los Angeles and New York to increase access to its products. Lastly, the company will partner with retail companies to acquire selling platforms within their stores.

The company will effectively compete against similar companies by specializing in high quality, trendy, and sustainable fashion. In particular, the company will employ professional designers who will develop outstanding feminine styles that create confidence for the customers. Furthermore, the company will manufacture and categorize its clothes for various events and environments. In relation, the company will focus on the colors and designs that align with a particular situation.

Concerning the market potential of the company, BJB targets young women and aligns its products with their needs upon which it will acquire the market for its goods. Furthermore, the development of Eco-conscious fashion offers the company a wide range of markets since the target market seeks to be presentable in various events and to relate to the activities of the occasion. Regarding future opportunities, the company aims to incorporate AI and data analytics technology to analyze model development upon which it will predict the next model way ahead of its competitors.
