The fact is that improvisation implantation to innovative ideas or operations is cheaper and requires less structuring, which I think is a good strategy. You explained constant readiness, which I believe firms need to be diverse in their thinking and be ready for change. Unlike continuous planning, there is always a need to improve and make it workable every time. This aspect means that employees have to be trained and managed to put in place the right infrastructure. Lastly, action learning, as part of a learning organization, shows that being practical and proactive is essential. Thank you for sharing your post.

The fact is that management has to be ready for change and adapt to the new market conditions and the external changes. To be competitive, it is fair to give resources and equip the staff with tools that can help bring better productivity. Strategic action plans have to be realistic and achievable during change.
