Ethical Dilemma Solutions and Impacts

A dilemma is a problem that offers two potentials: the moral and the ethical dilemma, of which one is preferable. It is applied to a class or a group of rules of implication, and they are valid rather than being misleading, which have three grounds, and they comprise the constructive and destructive dilemma (Rainer et al., 2018). Focusing on the ethical dilemma, which includes choosing in two choices: decision-making with contradictory merits and charge, the values of the intended recipients, and crash between the benevolent institutions and ethical conflicts observed within a grading of moral obligations.

Some of the managers’ efforts to resolve some ethical dilemmas include the managers knowing the principles that are used to resolve the problems. They comprise intuitionism, which works as an aid for the manager to understand the seriousness of the problem and act accordingly. The final decision will directly or indirectly, not harm any person. Besides,  moral perfectionism states that there is a clear difference between the good and the bad, acceptable, and unacceptable and abides by law and utilitarianism. It concerns itself with the impacts which can be defined as the main focus in this principle hence being acceptable in a specific situation and unacceptable in some other place (Rainer et al., (2018). Secondly, they debate moral choices that always need to be decided and not just accepted thoughtlessly. That’s by making proposed situations, develop case studies and involve others in brainstorming in the same, therefore triumph a rational decision making. Practice the balance sheet approach in which the manager writes down the experts and frauds of choice, which helps arrive at a clear portrait and shape things in a better way (Ngozwana, 2018). The impacts or the results of various solutions mentioned above is that one can acknowledge cultural belief and morality is not in need on the material world in return this may affect different workers from different places who have different cultural believes not only workers, the staff and the shareholders at large may have different beliefs this makes them to have difficulties in decision making, and this results in difficulties in decision making

One gains knowledge that helps provide the best possible professional care. The same helps to ensure that one is not encountered with professional accountability issues that can obstruct your gross living ability. This positively affects both the workers and the managers who, to an extend, compete to earn a living in one way or the other motivates them (Ngozwana, 2018)—involving the rights and the obligations of the stakeholders or even the investors in decision making it can be fraught with danger. The stakeholders of that particular organization may have competing demands; hence their desires may be, for wealth and images are tied up into putting the best face in decision making. At last, this affects the managers and the employees at large because they can be forced to work more and earn less. Managers may create a decision of their importance, and this can infringe on the ethical views hence descending the slippery slope. It’s always challenging to reverse course and reclaim the high road, which may affect workers’ effectiveness in daily production.
