The inner personality
People speak of the inner personality with the same degree of justification that they would do when they spoke of the outer personality. The inner personality refers to how one behaves depending on their inner psychic processes. It refers to the inner attitude of a person, their characteristic face, which is turned towards their unconscious state. The outer personality is the outer attitude, or what other people term as the outer face. It is the persona, or what people know about someone when they see them, depending on their character traits. The inner attitude is the anima. The inner attitude shows poise in people or the face of their adversities. The outer attitude does not show the poise as the inner attitude does. Self-concept refers to the idea that people construct for themselves, depending on the beliefs that they hold concerning themselves and that of others. It is what people believe in, and people cannot change their perceptions towards what they feel is right.
Sole sourcing has many advantages for the business. Most businesses prefer a few suppliers for their products for various reasons. Companies often want to build that trust relationship or a good rapport with their suppliers. If there are few suppliers, the businesses will always hold them accountable for any faulty product supplied, and the suppliers will take responsibility without the confusion of finding out which supplier provided what product to the company. The business also reduces variation in its products because the suppliers have standard products, as long as they are not many of them. When the suppliers are few, the products that they will give to the company will always be to the satisfaction of the company, because they will not have to rush to make these products. Besides, in case of any problem, then solving it will be easier if the suppliers are few compared to when they are many. Thus, the fewer suppliers, the better for the company.
