Project Stakeholders
The project I am going to embark on is the creation of a vehicle face identification and recognition system for Motorland Company, an enterprise that deals with vehicle assembly building and sale. The system is supposed to adopt artificial intelligence and machine learning through the utilization of modern-day algorithms. The projects aim at improving the current vehicles security system like alarm and trackers to boost security in cars and reduce car thefts. In the project, several stakeholders will be involved. Foremost, the project has project sponsors and executives. They are the top management in the company and will be providing financial and supply support.
Next are the project managers (PM). These individuals are divided according to task and sub-tasks in the project (Aragonés-Beltrán et al., 2017). They have the base control of the project and oversight every task. PM’s directly interact with project team members who are the other stakeholders. Team members are divided according to the individual task. Their work is to execute the project and will ensure the success of the project. The project also has resource managers who control resources needed (Derakhshan et al., 2019). They interact with project leaders to find out what team members need. The last bunch of stakeholders is the steering committee. This committee will act as the advisory group that offers guidance on a crucial decision.
