All managers and directors should look into the following:
- Complete personnel guidance documentation when warranted. It applies to all cases of employee misconduct. For instance, quite common is staff members not participating in the mandatory annual training and other matters of employees’ behavior not consistent with the code of conduct.
- Create awareness among employees concerning the stipulations of the provided in the employee manual and ensure compliance. The appropriate corrective action should follow any employee misconduct.
- Emphasize and see to it that all mandatory employee training sessions are attended.
The concerns mentioned above came to our attention following a series of undocumented cases of employee misconduct. Some arising misconduct cases are as a result of employees missing out on critical mandatory training.
Kindly comply with this requirement by August 31st.
