Reflection Strategic Leadership and Business in Nursing
Knowledge acquisition is a complex process that calls for effective planning and goal setting. In so doing, every scholar has to endeavor to remain relevant in achieving the set objectives. In this regard, an individual needs an exquisite strategy in developing skills, a positive attitude, and knowledge to achieve the desired goals outlined in the syllabus. About the excellent approach in creating the right path to achieving the set goals, my study revolves around the effective ways of developing the right attitude, skills, and knowledge, citing the following cases:

To develop advanced competencies for increasingly complex practices, faculty, and leadership roles, I have developed a Knowledge, skills, and attitude by a complex integration of knowledge and skills through professional judgments and critical analyses. As a professional, I have endeavored to understand the three nursing competence elements to remain relevant to the goal. The behaviorism, holism, and character trait aspect of competence have remained core in my nursing practice, to perform duties my duties exemplary. The three aspect of nursing have remained my guiding principle in understanding people and their situation. I have also been seeking collaboration with colleagues in providing the best outcomes in nursing profession. The integration of the three aspects of competence has aided me to act at the patients best interests through professionalism practice by with standard nursing code of conduct, and therefore working in line with the set goals.

- In reference to the above heading, I have conducted extensive research and training programmed to develop relevant knowledge skill and positive attitude in execution of nursing practices. As any industry, healthcare industry has been undergoing dynamism in the contemporary civilization. By engage in researches, I have endeavored for Evidence Based Practices (EBP) which has positive impact on the patients’ outcomes. EBP guarantee the nurses’ practices based evident information. Moreover, conducting research has aided me to build confidence in myself due to patient’s surety that is tied to research and training. The preliminary school of thoughts have since bought the idea if existence if strong positive correlation between training and researches and the proper care provision. In conducting research, I have significantly led to high advanced nursing practices through analysis of dynamism that the changing environment presents. It is worth noting that the world has been undergoing strange inversion of new infectious strains, which without extensive researches on how to handle them could be so devastating to the entire globe.

Leadership is not an event of a single day but a process that incorporates various elements. In order to develop knowledge, skills and attitude towards achieving excellent leadership, I have developed full partnership relationship with colleague in health industry in redesign health provision. Health care is like any commodity that one purchase and therefore any patient expects the best out of it. Through engaging in full relationship with other practitioner, it has propelled the realization of improved and transformed health industry since it spills over to favorable policies formulation which has a positive impact on health care delivery. Furthermore, engaging all the colleagues in a consultative leadership has helped me to learn on how seek for analogous solution within an organization. Exchanging ideas across the colleagues’ divide in providing the best elucidation to emergent issues in health entity. In so do doing, developing excellent partnership aids in noting any deviation in more hastily to initiate timely adjustment if need be, and thus promoting best practices and advanced health provision.
