The hiring and selection of new individuals to get the firm usually are associated with specific trends.one of the trends is candidate experience. It is imperative to understand this trend involves qualification and merit. In this aspect, it has the impact of giving the organization the chance to choose the best candidate for the right task. The talent pool is another trend that involves choosing the best candidate with certain skills and talents as well as knowledge. When a firm a proper selection, it can identify the best talented and skilled workers. Retention of talent can be an issue in my organization as there is a demand for fresh talent, but how can they vet the existing talents and ways to fit them in the necessary positions is an issue. A semi-automatic referral is a new trend that firms are engaging in so that they acquire qualified new recruits. In my company, getting the right people tend to pose a chance as some referrals do not match the qualification. The selection process posses an issue in many firms that do not know how to utilize technological innovation and process.
AI-powered search which enables HR to look for the right candidates. The impact of this trend is the availability of progress in technology and diversification.

Discussion 2.2 – Problem Identification
Last week I decided to approach the Apple Inc Talent director with the intent to identify certain problems that important HR and management. One of the issues was retaining and acquisition of talents. It is imperative to note that HR has a tough time retaining the workforce since most are equally talents; putting individuals and fitting them in the right position posses an issue. Turnover rate is an issue that impacts the performance and completion of work. There are many issues in which affect HR processes, for instance, recruitment, and compensation. Having a good approach in rewarding and appreciating workers sometimes can be an issue to firms hence leading to redundancy. Conclusively, getting the right talents for the firm would increases productivity and induce new fresh blood to the organization. Selecting the right talents through various sources and media is important so that firm can utilize their skill set.
