What role did girls and college-age women play in the civil rights movement ? how did their activism inspired and lead to gains in the movement? How did they help change the fabric of American society?
College-aged students and girls played an instrumental role during the 1960s they vigorously led the marching of the other activist, they formed a more significant portion in leading the voters-registration drives and also lead the social justice actions. These actions were the most fundamental during the Civil rights movement. Girls played a higher role in masterminding of the highlighted roles, which contribute significantly to the campaigns.
Furthermore, girls and college-aged women staged one of the most massive one-day boycott during October 1963. This boycott was relatively the largest ever organized by such girls and college-aged women as it comprised of 250, 000 students. Their collective actions played a fundamental role in the adjudicating and advocation of the civil rights reforms, they also formed the most robust basis of similar adjustment and motivated the urged to fight for the rights form the entire population as a result of their sacrifice for the same.

The girls and college-age women enabled the American and the entire leadership to realize the importance of civil rights ad the desire to protect it from the primary goals of protecting fairness, equality ad nonracial discrimination.
Finally, the student’s activism highly created a platform under which newer laws were set to safeguard the interest of black Americans and their recognition. It facilitated the reforms in the police sectors, which extended their previous brutality to the black race. Therefore, this earmarked the end of brutality by fabricating anew America, which was America for all. In addition, it created a society that ended up valuing one another’s contributions to the greatness of America and promoted the just and fair treatment across all walks of the nation. Lastly, it fabricated American society through the initiation of enactment of policies to implement laws that were meant for all. And abolishment of uncalled for actions that inflicted pain and suffering to the blacks. It created a new society that Americans enjoy today. Also, it has directly impacted realization of the fact that African Americans did not go to America willingly but were taken as slaves hence enclosed the reasoning of love and care to them due to the pain their ancestors went through.
