They also include specialized care and attention to be accorded to the patients and the description of various diagnoses. However, with the presence of these online facilities, the new nurses are encouraged to collaborate with other nurses in service delivery and not depend entirely on the resource available from the net. When researching, I advise the nurses and the new nurse to complete their research using online databases and websites. Nurses should research these websites to complete their research findings.

Evidence in enables the health caregiver to make an informed decision when facing a dilemma; caregivers can find an informational guide in websites and databases to treatments indicated as evidence-based (Becker, S. The nurses can handle the patient to develop interventions and guiding themselves in the process. Therefore, the nurse needs to document the care provided since the family members might require the documentation as evidence that the care was indeed provided. The documentation provides the guide and assigns staff to a client to handle the patient correctly; this documentation is also used for reimbursement when a nurse incurs a cost.
