Being a completely new idea that requires new skills may be a challenge for the staff we have at ABC company. However, skills, expertise, and talents come are the key ingredients in the performance of any task. From the exposure I have, I can easily scout the right personnel to deploy the idea. In connection to that, the employees always feel honored when they are sponsored on forums to upgrade their skills. Recruitment and hiring should only be done for demanding cases. A marketing survey is very important when engaging in new business activities. To clearly understand all the technicalities, it takes an expert in the area of the target(Kianto, 2017). Therefore, I feel that we can hire an expert in marketing to sensitize the customers and inform us more about the prevailing market conditions. Job analysis and design require prior experience. The ABC company can engage in the distribution and installation of the medical equipment. It is obvious that the medical experts will require our services on issues relating to the medical devices that we shall be dealing with(Michael, 2019). To be an all-round company, ABC must train employees to be specialists in the development, installation, and repair of medical devices.
