In America to offer affordable healthcare to the people is one of the most debated subjects across the state. While many citizens tend to focus on available health insurance, I tend to believe that the answer to any problem, including dental health problems lies in available healthcare providers. Physicians frequently go unappreciated and unrecognized for their resourcefulness and value in the dental profession. With nova scholarship, I could pursue my training to become a dental practitioner and offer available dental services to underserved societal.
Once while Sir Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill was the prime minister of the United Kingdom said, ‘Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.’ While, I never describe my difficulties as “failures,” I mark my success by my recurring perseverance through hardship. I have faced several challenges over the years; as an immigrant, it could take me time to adapt to American culture along with heritage generations. Moreover, in life experience, I watched my parents strive and challenged to make a living and bringing food on the table. Yet, I worked hard to earn excellent scores and graduate at the top of my class. I deserve the nova scholarship since I have the strength and am determined to achieve my goals, regardless of what hurdles I can overcome.
The reason I deserve the scholarship is that I have the passion and determination to become a trusted member of the dental practitioners’ community. With my knowledge and skills in dental care, I can help young people, as well as an adult, get the dental consultation and treatment they need at any stage of life. Furthermore, I could offer the best chance for such people to find their success. The scholarship does not just help me get through dental courses. It is improving the life quality of countless families in the 21st century and the future.
