The process of aging involves social, psychological, and physical changes.  Therefore, mental care for elderly involving work taxing like cleaning, caring full-sized grownups, and moving. Thus, during old age, people tend to change by developing irritation tendencies. Discussion is deemed perfect for a maximum of two hours daily (Paramita et al., 2018). These elderly should be high esteem and cherished by members of the family. The roles of society and family are to provide them with more affection, sympathy, and love for geriatrics. Their love demand and affection ought to be filled, and their voice counted in primary family decisions. Also, grandchildren play a crucial role after training to foster friendship and love for a group of elderly in society.

The psychological health in elderly should be improved via healthy and promoting active healthy. Cognitive healthy or particular promotion of healthy involves the creation of living conditions and surrounding supporting health and allowing people to lead a healthy life. Promotion psychological wellbeing relies on strategies in ensuring older folks have a necessity in resources to meeting their needs—for instance, freedom and security provision, adequate housing through a policy that supports housing.

Social care and general health are significant in promoting the elderly’s health, curing and preventing diseases, and managing acute infections. Training nurses in working with challenges and illnesses related to getting old is significant in various ways. Supportive and appropriate legislative surrounding based globally accepted rights standards on humans is needed to foster the highest eminence of services to persons who possess psychological infections.

However, no medication for dementia currently, but preventions can be done to improve and support people’s lives through early identification of disease to promote optimal and rapid management. Detection and management in behavior challenge and also information provision to support carers on a long term basis

The attitudes are driven by myths about the elderly on caring for the elderly. Negative connotations knotted these attitudes and myths. Therefore, psychological caring for the elderly can be considered as myths in a real sense because attitude deflating and changing will make students’ understanding elderly and realize are the same despite disparity of age. There is a need for the care to be organized to foster best caring practices. The above caring methodologies are myths with baseless, helping information. They do not provide evidence.

They are combating ageism among adults, which improves mental and physical health due to prejudice and stereotypes that affect behaviors and discrimination institutionalized in the elderly. Discrimination against older people is brought about by the nurse’s influence that they have negative energies against the elderly compared to the people in the society or community (Hosseini et al., 2020). Public opinion and attitude change towards the elderly by nurses’ reserves of strong aptitude for this group of human assets.

From the above illustration, elderly persons are cared for and provided with enough basics to foster their understandings of nature. Caring measures for elderly should be adhered to and uphold to promote love and affection among elderly. Most of these caring methods are considered to be myths providing no evidence.
