Objectives

The objective aims at knowing and understanding the wants and needs of the customers hence accommodating the situation that buyers faces.
- To investigate the effects of the effective customer care team on the access to services and products by the buyers during late and early hours as well as winter months. The objective of research target at finding facts on how effective customer care team would enable the business to make its sales during the odd hours and in winter months.
- To find out the relationship between the right location of the enterprise in relation to access by the customers conveniently and effectively at any time. The location of the business would determine the accessibility by the customers, which determines retaining or to gain new customers.
- To investigate the results of utilizing business resources like work in an organized manner to help the customers access the product and services at a convenient time. Utilizing human resources would lead to offering effective access to the services and products by the buyers who shop at late night and early morning since workers could get grouped into shifts.
