Fanon was born in Martinique during the French colonial rule. He was influential in his works in philosophy, political criticism, and poetry. Fanon wrote a statement that he not only gets to be in an anti-black race society by subject; instead, there has to be a black man in an anti-black racist society. This statement shows how the blacks were treated; the anti-black society wanted the blacks to be like them, and to drop their culture, most black people were within the anti-black race society. Black people were used by the anti-black racist society to communicate with the blacks to subdue the blacks. The statement written by Fanon meant that the blacks had two different characters when with the anti-black racist society and also with the fellow black man. Most blacks wanted to speak and learn French because it could open to him various opportunities not open to them many decades ago.
The anti-black racist society maltreated the blacks in many ways, thus include political struggles where the white considered themselves to be more superior than the blacks, many blacks are considered to be less powerful, despite the constitutional law guarantying equal protection of the rights, the whites are more privileged than the blacks. This brings us to understand that the constitutional law does not provide equal opportunities to the black and white party, but it is a one-party sided, which adds to the problem of the anti-black racism. The black required a modification in their system of doing things, especially if the system is in line with resistance and liberation. The blacks are racially segregated because of the color of their body and their historical culture.
The blacks were mistreated with the anti-black racist, which caused emotional trauma to many blacks; the blacks were not allowed to mix with the whites. They were hated and considered to be black about their color and also be black with white. The law reformation of the liberal describes racism as unreasonable and calculated; subsequently, race in any form is terrible, be it regarded to the white or the blacks. When he first joined the French army to fight the Germans, Fanon faced racism from the French population and his fellow soldiers who he served within the war. The blacks were also alienated from the desire to be white. The race theorists reject the idea of the race having a natural referent; instead, the theorist describes it as the product caused by the power of social process. Hence race is not recognized as an inherited character of the people but as a practice of social. Since unreasonable practices and those that are intentional forms of racism, hence legal reformation must address these unjustified practices.
Racism is perceived as a historical experience that affected members of all the communities irrespective of their identification or affiliation. Haney discovered how unspoken beliefs about the white informed the supreme court of justice agreements in immigration and citizenship and described who would be eligible for white citizenship and who would not be a white person. The people of the color were being watched more than white people in places of shopping and while waiting at bus stops and classrooms. The blacks were just hated with the little children and treated like animals with the anti-racial society. Blacks were feared and considered to be more dangerous, and most of the anti-black racist considered them animals.
In structural racism, anti-black racism is mainly established in most of the dominant learning institutions; this is where their fellow is prejudicing many blacks. The constitutional law does not offer equal treatment of the blacks; instead, they are given cruel sentencing such as death sentences. Black people were not allowed to own homes and property. The schools where the blacks could go had scarce resources compared to the white persons` schools .racism advances white people psychologically and materially since they feel most powerful compared to the black person who is considered inferior to them. A black person was considered black even though after being civilized and could speak fluently in white person language, he was still black.
Racism was considered to be something reasonable in the daily life experience of the black person in the United States. This is because many blacks are rioting against the mistreatment of black people and execution. The ethical relationship between the white people are affected in the contemporary world since the white person refers to himself as superior and perfect while the black is considered as inferior, this causes the increase in the demonstration in our contemporary world. Since the black person also wants to be treated normally with equal rights and privileges. A black person is considered to portray animal behavior. The United States cities, which are mostly segregated, Birmingham and Alabama, blacks’ brutality and unjust treatment has been part of the lifestyle, and the blacks are treated unjustly in courts.
Internalization of the oppression in this stage the blacks begin to take themselves in the manner in which the anti-racist society portrays them; this is because they are deserted of their positive characters, and they can only be seen as a negative influence. This makes blacks to be more rebellious with the government of the states. The living standard of the black people is relatively in the middle class; most blacks are not employed and are not represented well in politics.
