You are, thus, authorized to visit our office on the 4th of August for a meeting with Mr. Myles Smith, our HR Manager. After the meeting that will familiarize you with our conditions, you are required to report to work on the 8th of August, 2020. Your first day, as arranged, will help you know your potential workmates and the environment of work at our Company.
Getting on with the paperwork, the salaries of our employees depend on the level they have attained. Our grading of levels is based on the number of years you have worked for Golden Tech Ltd. For your position, we pay our employees $10000 annually at a minimum. Once you manage to retain your position for two years, we promote you to a higher salary. You will then earn $30000 annually from your third year onward.
Your position of the Open Maintenance Technician is defined by the following duties:
- Ensuring that the mechanical systems of our buildings are always in their best condition. You will be required to take daily surveys between 8 AM and 1 PM to fix any possible issues.
- Repairing electrical systems whenever the need arises. During your surveys, you will be required to check thoroughly the conditions of our electric bulbs and sockets.
- Facilitating the setup of electrical appliances getting to the company. Whenever we need to install any items, you will be in charge of the processes.
- Contributing to the making of the company’s budget; you will be required to estimate the amount of money that will be needed every month for repairs, installments, and part thereof.
Please note, we offer benefits to our workers aside from their normal salaries. We will cover your costs for healthcare, and take care of your housing charges. Also, we call our employees to a meeting every month to hear out their suggestions and complaints and act accordingly. We promise you a comfortable work environment at Golden Tech Ltd.
Our company understands the need to allow planned-time-offs to our employees. Thus, you will be allowed to be out of work for 20 days annually, during the December holidays. You are, moreover, welcome to make such requests in between the year if faced with any kind of emergency. We respect our employees and always consider their requests.
Lastly, we would like to inform you that employment at our company is at-will. We reserve the right to terminate your position if your service does not meet our expected standards. In such an instance, we will dismiss you from work. Also, you are free to cease our partnership at any given time without prior notice. You will be required to sign in agreement with our policies on your first day of reporting to work.
