Article Review: Entrepreneurship in the Global Economy
Introduction
Modern entrepreneurs are the great engine towards growth of the economy. Basically, entrepreneurship means an independent economic activity whose aim is making profit by use of a legal business. However, in the last century global commerce reached a new stage of its development due to enormous transnational corporations’ activity. In this paper, we review some researches pertaining entrepreneurship in the global economy.

In general, entrepreneurs have been vast innovation drivers in most developed countries in the globe. Nonetheless, The book examines critical issue of state planning compared to free enterprise. It also examines different problems affecting entrepreneurship in the global economy through nine case histories of entrepreneurial organizations. The book also determines the reason why government gets involved in growth of the economy plus the way entrepreneurs contribute to the value of economy. From analysis, the authors argue that organizations can succeed even in economies which are controlled, through knowing the policies and customs of the countries that they perform businesses (Kressel & Lento, 2012).
The book is a must read for all innovators in the globe. Henry Kressel and Thomas Lento are brilliant authors who offer vast analysis on entrepreneurship role in driving innovation. The book was published by Cambridge University Press on August 2012. Drawing experience from their past years of private equity investment they offer a great platform for prospective business leaders to learn from their lessons.
In conclusion, from our articles, since trade and investment criteria are enormously intertwined, a great effort to ease up investment and trade with long term goal of easily accessing the global markets plus economies gets guaranteed for expansion and stability of investment platforms and global trade.
