The significant opportunities that Ash Hilton has in the jewelry market include the advancement in technology used in the manufacture and design of jewelry worldwide and the enhancement of shipping around the world by reducing the time taken to get products in the market. However, the organization is faced with threats such as competition from more advanced manufacturers across the globe, thus slowing its market penetration efforts and the reduction in the interest of jewelry among the millennials. The threats facing Ash Hilton may affect the organization more on a global level of business operations. Therefore, the team has to consider coming up with better ways of expanding their business scope to attract and appeal to the millennials across the globe.
