Kindly note, most of the central ministries were closed today so that they can process their staff salaries and some county are closed and there is no access to the premises as well as assigned contacts for assistance due to this crisis of COVID 19 Pandemic while other county payrolls are functional with limited access. The payroll seniors are still on the progress of organizing on the way forward on this payroll with no access and they will give an update to our payroll team on the changes regarding the matter and will advise us accordingly.
N/B;We do not have any TSC deal pending uploads. RMS/Consultants; please push new Tsc deals once you receive them so that they can be uploaded for payment before cut off time.

- 9 deals worth kes 231,093 are advised but pending amended documents, Dorah and Juliana clear your pending deals.
- 24 deals worth kes 725,167 are ready for payment, Judith ensure the deals are with Pivot team as we await for the next advice.
- 30 deals worth kes 1,299,178 are pending at county payroll,RMS and Regional collectors please provide update by eleven to enable submit all deals for payment.
- 25 deals worth 1,134,333 are Pending at Ministry payroll, Kevin please provide update by eleven.
- 8 buy offs worth kes 1,766,882 are pending clearance letters ,stop orders and stop order,RMS ,Dunstan/Kevin, these deals can be paid today, please provide an update before cut off time.
- 3 deals worth kes 81,826 are reduce and pay deals pending reduction per payroll advice Bravin and Dorah follow up for reduction.
