Ballet Dance
Introduction
Ballet is a type of dance that initially originated from Italy Back about 15 century ago. Ballet involves a lot of moves that need training and experiences; it comprises circus moves and acrobatic experts and some other times, professional wrestlers. Ballet became very popular and later spread to other countries like France, Russia and Britain in the 15th century. Over time, Ballet has been liked and is practised in many places all over the world (Nicholas and Larraine, 126). This dace involves a lot of choreography and musical dances; initially, it was performed in theatres where attendance was arranged in three ways facing the one performing the Ballet Dance. Ballet has evolved in many ways, being formally taught in schools while some cultures have assimilated the dance. Ballet performers used to wear specific costumes some tight while others were just simple but very artistic.
Ballet Class Experience
Having participated in Ballet dancing in-class study, I think I like the idea of practising more of ballet movement. It is a physical exercise that keeps the body fit at the same time entertaining others. Ballet can be used to study a lot of traditional culture by observing its first moves, theatre scenes, as well as different fashion associated with Ballet dancing (Ramkumar et al., 30-37). While learning at class, Ballet is not that hard when it is being watched on television sets and theoretical perspective. Due to many physical moves which include acrobatic moves and wrestling experience, ballet performance has to be separated from the audience.
Ballet occurs in narrative form, Narrative Ballet, like any other narrative, consist of a set of characters and it also contain a plot. As earlier stated, those performing Ballet narrative, mostly have specific set of costumes depending on the number of scenes as well as the type and the objective of the Ballet being performed (Ramkumar, et al., 30-37). The objective of the Ballet, may be explained in a detailed hidden words and songs. Narrative ballets are some of the most performing form of Ballet, for this reasons, it highly generates a lot of income (Ramkumar, et al., 30-37). Majority of Ballet narratives elucidate the relationship and life of family members in society, hence, many people, especially family members flock theaters to watch this kind of Ballet being performed.
Initially Ballet was a traditional dance but a not a ritual dance. It was performed with wrestling moves. This means, it was taught to train and influence the spirit of soldiers in battle field longtime ago (Nicholas and Larraine, 126). Narratives ballet focused mainly in family lives, its aim was to teach the consequences of choices. However, with time it has evolved into many other forms which include: classical Ballet of France, Italian Ballet and English Ballet. This Ballet different types of Ballet have their own and specific moves, hence require particular skills for their training. Other ballets include romantic Ballet, neoclassic Ballet, and contemporary Ballet.
Conclusion
Ballet is one of the oldest practiced type of dance, tracing its origin in Italy, It has spread to many other parts of the world especially in Europe. Narrative Ballet is performed with specific costumes ad it also have a plot. Ballet has evolved in many other forms, however, modern Ballet is taught in class but the original performance is still preserved. Students get excited while learning the Ballet moves and practically doing the dance under the guidance of experts and specialist. It seems ballet dance will remain forever, feel free to try and practice ballet dance.
