In addition to this, I also thought that as a teacher in the course of class management, I should ensure that students are taught all the lessons with minimal interruptions. Depending on the type of students the teacher is dealing with, and their perceptions, different behavior management system is adopted. For instance, in a case where the teacher believes corporal punishment could be the solution to students’ behavior, they assume the system. In other cases, teachers may opt to offer rewards to entice students to behave well. On the other hand, in a situation whereby the students argue that they only need their views to be heard, the institution can opt to shift to a behavior management system that allows the students to express their feelings on an issue. By showing care to the student’s feelings, they can change from bullying the teachers and begin respecting them.

Although the administration had good intentions, they did not come up with an excellent reward system. They should have considered rewarding those who improved in performance. In addition to this, the administration did not seek to understand the root cause of misbehavior from the students and the opinions of the teachers and students.
