Business managers and administrators
Business needs efficient managers and administrators to conduct their operations. Leaders are required to drive the business towards the objectives and goals of the enterprise — the efficiency of business operations is dependent on leadership efficiency. The roles of leaders, administrators, and managers are crucial in any organization. To play these roles and grow and develop and a leader and administrator, I have to understand the business functions and business administration. This is a drive and an aspiration to take up a course in Business administration.
To give a brief about my educational background, I completed my tenth from Bhashyam High school with 8.8 CGPA in the year 2016. I was an all-rounder in education and sports. I play volleyball and stay fit by going to a gym. I completed my intermediate education in the year 2018.
I always had a dream to become a manager or an administrator in a reputed organization. It was my father’s dream, which I want to turn into reality. My father passed away during my school days but was my strength and my inspiration. My mother is taking my father’s dream and encouraging me in my education. There are many colleges in my country which offer a bachelor’s in business administration, but they do not give practical exposure to the subjects learned. Indian education is more theoretical.
I need a course which will make me a live wire in the job market to kick start my career after my bachelor’s course. I consulted my mentors and researched on the Business administration course. All of them suggested an international degree as today’s businesses are global. Lakehead University offered a course which I needed.
