Eastern Airlines was unable to maintain its finance since it had a high level of debt that led to the organization’s failure. Due to the high debt of Eastern Airlines, the company was unable to manage its finances; thus, leading to one of the major causes of its failure.   Another significant organization issues faced by Eastern Airlines was poor customer services. Most people who had used Eastern Airlines complained that the company could not be trusted since it can take its customer to their destination at the expected time.
