Healthcare Policy and Transitional Care Application Memo Part I: Policy and Procedure Memo To: The CEO From: Director of Human Resources Date:20/7/2020 Subject: HR management policy For sometime, there has been significant disparities in the human resource department, which have utterly affected routine operations. Several groups of employees have complained of unjust treatment, mainly from the aspect of progressive discipline and corrective procedures. Also, there is notable criticism on the traditional HR policies applied in the institutions, which some employees consider as outdated and biased. Furthermore, the inconsistencies are accompanied by numerous injurious treatments and medication inaccuracies from the nursing team, that forced the management to implement new mitigation policies. UV Clean USA – Homepage Chemical disinfectants are usually not enough to eliminate viruses and bacteria that thrive in different work environments. For this reason, UV Clean USA uses UVC technology to combat dangerous pathogens. In 2019, Michael Macris, the founder of UV Clean USA, suffered an aggressive form of E. coli infection that led to admission to the hospital. He learned that the hospital was using UVC technology to sterilize hospital rooms while discharging patients. The hospital used a UVC light source to sterilize hospital rooms, including surgery rooms, common areas, hallways, and hospital equipment. To prevent a re-infection with the deadly bacteria, Michael Macris was determined to find an effective sterilization technology, similar to the one used in the hospital. However, he could not find a single company offering this sterilization technology. Buying the UVC light equipment was not an option due to its high cost. Given the high level of pathogens in homes and public areas, Macris knew that he had to take action. Professional UVC sterilization services would help the community to fight disease-causing bacteria, viruses,…
Best Approach to Leadership Various leaders in their leadership use different approaches. Their strengths, weaknesses determine the effectiveness of the organization. Three methods may be used; they include democratic leadership, autocratic leadership, and laissez-faire. In my opinion, I will dwell much on the democratic type of leadership. Democratic Type of Leadership According to Surendra (2017), the Democratic type of leadership that members of a particular group participate fully in making decisions (participative leadership style). Every member of the group is allowed to give his or her views freely. In this type of leadership, the equality of a group is entirely focused on as the chosen leader offers the group’s control. The leader shares the responsibility for problem-solving and decision making with the team. Through this cooperation, teamwork and team-spirit are upheld. Democratic leadership style works effectively when a leader works with skilled employees. It also helps the employer to identify the strengths and talents of the employees. The democratic style is best when applied at most institutions since it fosters ideas and creativity as members share ideas freely, it creates…

History vs. Hollywood paper on the movie 300 The movie “300,” directed by zack Snyder, is one of the fascinating films that pays significant attention to the history as it is based on actual events believed to have taken place in the B.C era. The 2006 fictional action movie 300 and fought 400 B.C is one and plays a critical role in understanding and appreciating history. The film majorly focuses on the battle of Thermopylae, one of an essential battle in the Greco-Persian era, which occurred during the second invasion of Persians into Greece. The war has gone down in history to be one of the most heroic feats of bravery to have occurred ion any war(Snyder, Johnstad, and Gordon, 2007). Introduction Beadwork has been embedded in various cultures around the world for centuries. In Africa, beadwork is a key feature in some cultures, especially in Eastern and Southern Africa. In Kenya, the Maasai, Turkana, and Samburu communities are renowned for their intricate beadwork, which is used not only for aesthetic value but to denote social standing, age, and other social classifications. Over time, however, the culture has become more mainstream. Beadwork is no longer a preserve of the communities. It has been adopted widely by other communities both in Africa and beyond.
