Creating, building and maintain a good brand and reputation in the business world by upholding honesty and being upfront about issues will not only help to bring customers but also keep them. However, I would also own up to my mistake and take responsibility. I am well aware that the breach may cost our company a lot and in future, I would be more cautious and take preventative measures to avoid the glitch.

Nevertheless, an individual needs to take into account that web readers are insistent and that online reading may be more laborious than reading website reports. Website contents require to be designed so that it meets the interest of the reader. The web designer should also consider that the web might be irregular and multifaceted, and thus the contents need to be dynamic.

For a business setup, one may write for three types of audiences, those that you know in person, those whom you know indirectly and the rest whom you communicate through a third party. It is critical to know your audience before choosing the approach you will use. Professionalism, thus, acts as a guide to prevent one from falling into traps of casual writing. If the audience is well familiarized with your business and open-minded about it, then one can use a direct approach. However, if the audience doesn’t know about you and is receptive about your idea establishing credibility would be a good method to pique up their interest. Thus using an indirect approach that allows supporting your recommendation it logic and solid evidence and in turn, allows the readers to evaluate the reasoning critically behind these recommendations would be best suitable for this audience.
