This could be effective in addressing possible challenges that deter elementary school administrators from applying instructional leadership practices in terms of character education. In addition to supporting the school principals’ professional development, the direction for future research could involve the assessment of elementary school principals’ understanding and subsequent application of instructional leadership practices needed for implementing character education.
