The choice is because of the focus of revolution change to bring a commitment to the vision and mission of the organization. Moreover, it enhances performance, morale, and staff motivation, which creates a culture of trust innovation and high performance.
The Unique qualities
- a) Intellectual simulation
The leader created a conducive environment for the employees to understand the organization’s issues. This environment brings about creativity to optimize problem-solving capacity. This leader creates an atmosphere for employees to explore new ideas without any fear of being scorned.
- b) Idealized influence
Through trust and loyalty, the leader can foster positive behaviour and charisma. Leadership by example, vision articulation, and channels to achieve goals creates a sense of lofty influence. With this kind of strategy, the patients can be handled well. Finally, the feedback from patients should be reviewed, and the name of the nurse assigned to the patient should appear on the feedback as a way of assessing the employees. Monthly motivations can be developed, e.g., most improved, among others.
