The name of the innovation is Maxnel Plan Model. The innovative idea is primarily centered on making it possible for athletes to track their body mass and muscular growth by implementing sensors in athletic apparel, specifically shirts (Vishaw Gaurav, Amandeep Singh, Sandeep, Mukhwinder Singh, & Pankaj Bhanot, 2015). As a result, athletes will be able to connect these sensors to either their phones or watches and keep track of muscular mass, fat percentage, heart rate, and various other athletic measurements.

The Value of the Maxnel Plan Model Innovation to Customers
The pursuit of success and excellence is usually the focal point of most athletes. As a result, athletes need to stay physically and emotionally fit to avoid the possibility of scoring lowly in competitions. In essence, the need to ensure that athletes attain physical and emotional fitness is the foundation of this innovation. The Maxnel Plan Model of innovation is designed with several values that will be made available to the customers.
First and foremost, the model of innovation will make it possible for athletes to acquire very vital information about their body mass as well as their muscular growth. There are several types of athletic sporting competitions. These athletic competitions are chiefly categorized into long and short distance running. Long distance running is further subdivided into waking races, marathon, half marathon and long track races such as 10,000 or 5,000 meters races. On the other hand, short distance running refers to competitions such as 100 meters and 200 meters. Knowledge of body mass is very crucial among all categories of athletes. Long distance runners will, therefore, rely on this model in monitoring their body mass since any aspect of uncontrolled weight gain by long-distance runners might prove to be very disastrous in their running careers. As for the short distance runners, the Maxnel Plan Model of innovation will help them to equally avoid uncontrolled weight loss or gain that may jeopardize their performance.
However, this will only be possible by the athletes implementing sensors in their athletic shirt attires. The model puts into use a high level of technology that converts athletics’ shirt into a sensor. More so, it will ensure that athletics are not subjected to any manner of discomfort. The sensors on the athletic shirt attires will be connected to either their watches or phones. Connection of the sensors to the phones and watches will employ the use of Bluetooth connectivity. Thus, the athletes will be able to keep track of their muscular mass, the fat percentages, the level of heart rate as well as several other athletic measurements.
Additionally, another value of the Maxnel Plan Model innovation about the above stated functional values is enabling coaches to manage athletes aptly. It is relatively hard for an athlete to manage himself or herself solely. The innovation of the Maxnel Plan Model thus comes in place as a management tool. The model provides critical data that is needed by coaches. Athletes and other regular workout individuals will not only be restrained to their fitness tracking but will receive pivotal guidance and direction from their coaches as provided by the system of innovation.
Moreover, the data provided by the innovation is not only accurate but reliable. The accuracy and reliability of the athletes’ body mass and muscular growth will also ensure that the correctional and enhancement solutions offered by the coaches are suitable and recommendable.

The model will be a true definition of a versatile innovation due to its ability to handle several spheres of needs within the athletic needs scope. The general need requirement of athletes is fitness to be able to perform exemplary in competitions. In the development of the Maxnel Plan Model, the principal purpose was to meet the general fitness athletes need. However, the athletes’ fitness need is divided into several categories.
The Maxnel Plan Model innovation is designed to relatively cover all the need categories of fitness. As a result, the innovation will meet the body mass need. In this case, the model will ensure that all the needed aspects of ensuring proper athlete body mass are provided. Additionally, the model will meet the need for muscular growth. Engaging in short races such as 100 meters in most scenarios requires a well-built body. Hence, the Maxnel Plan Model will ensure that such athletes are accessible to the most appropriate guidelines and instructions that will improve their performance. More so, the model will also meet the need of providing apt remedies to muscle fatigue and abnormal heart rates.
