Cloud Computing Effects on Enterprises
Assumptions/Biases
To the business enterprises, embracing the cloud hosting system is perceived as an essential information system technology phase. Before determining when to move into the cloud computing services, business owners and CEOs will have to consider the most crucial considerations such as quality, efficiency, and stability of data. During the research, it was believed that inventive mindfulness of the methods for organizations to move to a cloud-based system, should be provided by the enterprise owner. Furthermore, it was assumed that business enterprises that have not embraced cloud computing should use the finding of this study to cross-reference information whenever they wish to move into a cloud-based environment. The interviewer supposed that all partakers would address all questions of the interview outspokenly and to the top of their knowledge and ability. Perhaps, the selected business enterprises reserved the authority to withdraw from contributing to the study at any time and without any consequences whatsoever.
Significance of the study
Business enterprises embrace the technology of cloud computing speedily to enhance their productivity, administrative functions, profitability, reduced cost of production, and efficiency in service delivery to their customers. Cloud computing has numerous advantages for business enterprises. They include; the scalability of the business, business continuity, and flexibility of work practices. Moreover, the study showed that cloud computing has a good dynamic structure. The best strategies in adopting the new cloud computing technology and the effects on the business enterprises were also considered. Besides, some organizations will eventually perform the transition, basing their research from this dissertation.
Delimitations
This research paper was intended to examine steps in the transition from the traditional way of acceding and storing data into the newly discovered cloud computing services for business enterprises. The study was delimited only to small and medium-sized business organizations. Further research can be conducted on the large-sized business organization to find out whether the aspect of cloud computing can be suitable for their operations. Notably, this particular study was only conducted in the Egyptian’s capital Cairo, and therefore the scope of its study is not wide enough. During the interview, only a selected number of businesses which have adopted cloud computing and all the cloud service provided within the city were invited for interview participation by the researcher. Although, the aspiring companies who were willing to give their feedbacks and expectations about the services offered by cloud services providers were allowed to attend the business expo.
Limitations
During this study, only the invited participants were involved in the interview. The participants were business enterprises only from Cairo, which have subscribed to the cloud services and their cloud service providers. The number of participants was too small, which gave a limitation of not digging deeper into the research. Also, almost all of the business enterprises had a fear of exposing their hidden information to their rival partners in the business, which gave insignificant information to be used in this research paper. Some participants provided biased information to confuse the others during the interview, which provided a limitation of acquiring accurate data for comparison. Importantly, interviews of the cloud computing transition approach were conducted only to the cloud service provider because the organization has more information about the research. Perhaps this gave the research a very narrow area of research that did not have many options that were to be considered as areas of key interests.

General Overview of the Research design
Cloud computing infrastructure is the latest technology trend, moving infrastructure power and data away from conventional back-end servers to data centers. Currently, computing applications, databases, and storage spaces, among other various IT services, are fundamentally supplied. Also, virtual machines are now used to access the collection of datasets which resides in a cloud storage system.
Summary of Chapter One
In conclusion, cost and protection are major essentials to fit cloud computing infrastructure for any business enterprise. Information confidentiality is the foremost challenge that most organizations are adopting cloud computing infrastructure. Furthermore, most security concerns are due to the absence of proper and competent control over the available physical infrastructure. Therefore, security is paramount to the business organization, which will reduce the safe cost of data loss and issues like cyber insecurity.
Organization of Dissertation (Proposal)
In this particular research paper, research was conducted through the invitation of participants; an interview was, and the questionnaire was the main method of data collection. Chapter two will be the next to be discussed in chapter five when this research paper will be over. The following chapter will take another week to be completed.
