Executive summary
Technological implications have been largely included in the various aspects of industries. Real estate management is one such important industry which has been largely affected by the availability of information technology utilization across the provided segments all across the operational dimensions. This report explains the operational importance which an information technology inclusion has on the overall growth and development of a major real estate project. The abilities which are interlinked to provide a community on shared interest as the basis of real estate management through the inclusion of suitable applications across the provided dimensions. The overall usability factor which is supported by these real estate operations is based on the conduction of community guidelines and supportive frameworks across the diversified cultural experiences. The differences in managing interventions that are linked to developing a community with shared interest are largely assessed across the provided framework under this report.

Introduction
Community development is a crucial process for any urban, suburban or rural region. Apart from some basic differences most of the fragments are similar and intact according to the required form of the community development process. The complications and issues are also similar to all of these community development processes. Dealing with people is the most critical stage of operating throughout the entire process of community development. However, with the availability of the different technologically advanced form of attributes, the overall limitations across community development process have evolved up to a larger extent. The usability of technologies for the improved community development process is highly supportive to establish better living conditions for the individual families. The growing demand for real estate across the country has led to an enhanced form of requirement all along with the communities and thus new sectors with advanced features and designs are available. Technological implications are some of the most widely utilized form of factors across every fragment of community development (Aifs.gov.au, 2019).
This report explains the various dimensions of a world-class suburban community development process which is supported by many technological fragments. The usability factor that is associated with these dimensions is linked to produce a much-organized form of approach for each of the involved individuals. Providing a digitalized system for experiencing different operations involved across a community development process initiate a better future for all of its citizens in a more organized form.

Methodology and approach, and research gaps and limitations
The research methodology process which is used across the research process is based on secondary sources. These sources have been collectively assessed to provide a better understanding of the subject. A set of relevant articles and journals related to technological applications in community development are assessed to provide a relevant amount of information. Different communities which have been involved in the inclusion of applications and technologies for RPM are discussed and analysed all along with the provided set of information. The approach used for managing this project is also assessed in this report. The project will be based on the double diamond model and will be human-centred designed (Greenhalgh et al. 2016). This suitable form of approach is largely beneficial for proceedings like this. Each of the included phases under the double diamond model that are Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver are carried out to provide an overall analysis of the operation. Thus the involved methodology is largely by the available set of operations.

This research process will be based on the deductive approach. The selection of this approach is based on a realistic and logical ideology which is associated with this project. The overall operability factor that is associated with this approach is to increase the generalizability of the research process from ideal scenarios. This research approach is evident in providing a more suitable form of operational excellence across the defined structures. The overall usability factor which is integrated under this approach is will help in building better response across the project.
The research is carried out extensively, and thus there is no major or specific research gap. However, some factors such as a detailed explanation of resource utilization, technological applications and supportive arguments are some of the major limitations. These factors have been largely absent from the available set of operational dimensions and can be associated with the availability of sufficient supporting information (Fairbrother, 2017). The overall operational liabilities linked to a community development process are adequately analysed and appropriate measures are made to limit the gaps or limitations related to the research process.
Research (Literature study) for each research question
Question 1
There are number of community building and maintaining apps available in the current scenario. These tools and applications are highly efficient and supportive for building a better community network. These provide the individuals with the ability to frame relativeness and composition with similar people and build a better community. Since, a large portion of urban living is based on building and thriving better relationships across the operational dimensions, there is a great requirement for support and this is fulfilled by the availability of significant number of apps across this segment.

Apps act as a centralization factor for all of the community members and provide them with a supportive framework for analysing the available set of services across the region. The availability of apps provide additional support to the entire structure of community development and improves the overall process effectively. Some of the most important impacts which the apps have on the community are as follows:
- Provide a listing of locations and integrate interest points across the areas
- Improves the physical traffic leading to business growth for the related retail and other stores.
- Events management through improved visibility of the areas (Bryant et al. 2018).
- Information based on parking locations and other essential services across the region
- Building a mobile-friendly audience base for the community management process.
Currently, there is a long range of apps which are based on community management process and can be used to justify the community needs of an individual or a group. Aspects such as the development of business opportunities, community social media management, news and articles and people and maps are some of the important regions which are enhanced by the availability of these apps under any available community.

These apps are based on a series of varied operations management for a community based on its requirements. Some of the most commonly used possibilities for these applications include relationship management and identification of important day to day services across a community. These have helped a large number of individuals in integrating their relationships with their surroundings and improvise the whole process of community management across the system (Sixfive.com.au, 2019).
Question 2
Community development is a major process and involves several different stakeholder groups to manage its initial establishment process. Everyone who is directly or indirectly related to a community development process is a major stakeholder in the process. Each of them is equally liable to be operative across the provided dimensions and enhance the overall process of management which is associated with the community development process.
Following are some of the major stakeholders related to the community development process:
- Creditors
These are the individuals or companies which are responsible for delivering sufficient funds to manage developments across the provided set of the community development process. A community development process requires high-end investments and thus the availability of a strong creditor base is very necessary. The creditors are also important as they provide constant supervision with the use of sufficient technological equipment to analyse the growth and development of the process (Smith et al. 2015).
- Directors
The board and its directors are the sole decision making authorities and thus have an important impact on the whole process of decision making under the community development. Establishing goals and fulfilling them on given time are some of the most ideal operations related to the board of directors. Directors are also eligible for framing the policies and providing the required support for integrating community development process effectively.
- Government agencies
Several government agencies are involved across the whole process of community development. These include agencies responsible for electricity, water and land usage. The authorities are important shareholders as their actions determine the overall usability factor that is associated with the community development process. These agencies enhance the quality of services and operations being put into action by the community development process.
- Employees
A community employees huge workforces such as watchmen, domestic helpers and many others who are responsible for facilitating a better approach across the defined sections. These employees are liable to add value to the operations and are also integrated with support to the basic structural valuation across the process of community development (Harvey and Walsh, 2018).
- Owners or customers
These are the consumers and habitats which are going to share the community for living. These are the ultimate individual groups who have most of their interest in the proper development of the community so that their future can be ideally organised. These are the most important shareholders in the whole process of community development.
- Unions
Unions are the set of individual groups which have the liability to facilitate a better relationship between different sections of employees. These are also responsible for idealizing the growth of the community in an effective manner and are liable to produce a liable form of organizational design across the provided dimensions.
- Suppliers
These are an important shareholder as these help in building the community by providing all the required resources. The community development process involves a series of components and supplies which are fulfilled by these shareholders and that makes them an integral portion of the entire process.
- Native population
The location where a community is being developed accounts for the native population who play a major role in providing support to the process. They are an important shareholder as they facilitate an intensive form of support across the provided section of land usage and communication across the provided aspects (Sunderland, Graham and Lenette, 2016).
These shareholder groups are present across every type of community development process. The availability of these aspects provide a support based relationship across the whole process and thus impact the overall operability aspect included under the defined sections. These shareholders are integrated with a more organized form of operation across the system as these have to their interests linked to the community development process. Thus the overall inclusion aspects interlinked to this process are highly ideal in framing the concerns and irradiating issues from the available set of operations.
Question 3
Optimal platforms for communities are the set of operational structures based on software which facilitates developments across the provided sections and is also responsible for integrating the growth essentials across a community structure. The inclusion of community stakeholders across these platforms make them highly compatible with the entire process of community management. It incorporates the huge audience base and integrated form of ideal implications across the various dimensions of a community process.

Some of the most important community platforms related to the development and progress of a community are as follows:
- Exo platform
This is a team collaboration platform which is ideally used to provide a more suitable form of strength to the ongoing processes aby featuring the growth and success of combinational proceedings. The entire process of managing interventions is largely linked to justify the growth and responsibility of linking together individuals by framing important policies and regulations. Sectors such as non-profits, information technology, healthcare and education are eventually affected by the availability of sufficient processes across the structure (Dean and Spoehr, 2018). These help in managing the resources in an eventful manner and thus supports the liable opportunities across the system.

Question 4
Managing cultural differences is an important initiative for any modern-day community development process. This has been an important aspect for managing the diverse population available across different social establishments. However, there are huge advantages of integrating a diversified community development process as it brings creativity and innovation across the various sections. The overall usability factor which is required to maintain a diversified set of operations act as a major factor across the region (Tidd and Bessant, 2018). The overall process of idealizing the diverse range of operation across the provided set of operations in the defined sections. The process of managing diversity in the cultural section of a community is idealized by the usability index across the provided set of operations. The overall independence that is practised by each of the community groups is strengthened by the increase in acceptance factor across the region. It will support diversity in cultural variations. In addition to this, the enhanced form of operations across the defied sections are integrated with the supportive ideologies and segments
of operation within the proposed structure of management accounting (Edmonds et al. 2016).

The community must respect each of the involved cultural groups across the region and this can be viewed as a major process of ideal growth in cross-cultural communication. Establishment of important occasions and considerations for each of the community group is another major initiative which can be taken in to account for the justified form of development across the available set of operations (Carter, 2017). It improves the interaction and support possible for each of the community groups available across the community.

Question 5
An app development process is largely diverse in the current context of the development process. It can be done in both high end as well as low budgeted formats. The usability index which is to be linked to the application and the diversities in its usability factors are some of the most largely associated regions based on the availability of diversified usability index for a community application. The higher cost range associated with a community app development is $100000 to $500000. But there are lower limits associated with the process of app development. The lower price range is $10000 to $50000 (Erdiaw-Kwasie and Alam, 2016).
Discussion and analysis of the research done
The research carried out signifies different sections and operational dimensions which are based on integrating a technology factor across the community development process. The overall usability of applications, software and related services have been assessed across the provided framework. These operational research processes have been supported by reasonable ideologies and considerations which can be ideally used to identify and associate different form of operational designs in a major community development process (Pamphilon and Mikhailovich, 2017). The research is carried out extensively to evaluate the technological usage in the community development process and the cooperation based frameworks which are essential for idealizing the growth potential all across the process.

Findings
The findings in this research work are based on identifying and providing huge operational ideologies which are integrated across the provided set of operations in a community management process. Development and management of communities are explained across the provided set of sections and a relationship is established across the accepted format of operation. This is intended to provide a more intensive framework for identification of operability index that is associated with the current day community development programs (Logg-Scarvell et al. 2015). The findings are justified in such a way that these can be viewed to assess the available updates over the usability of technological aspects across the provided set of operations in the community management process. Using appropriate researching tools and ideologies have led to the development of sufficient information across the community management processes all along with the applications and their usage. The community development and establishment process along with its supportive factors are explained along with the other important aspects. The findings under this research also suggest the availability of diversity across the provided set of operational importance for the associated set of changes (Potter, 2017). The roles with a diversified cultural proceeding have on the available set of operations based on community management is highly supported in the provided analysis across this research. These researches have been justified by the availability of enhanced expectations from the available set of responsibilities and assumptions that are integrated across the provided set of defined sections.

Recommendations and conclusions
Recommendations
- Development of a diverse community based on differences in cultural orientations and ideologies. This will help in idealizing the differences across the workplace and the inclusion of a better approach for the solution-finding process. Different cultural background based communities help provide an all-around development for the community management process.
- Development of a high usability and low cost based application for the community. This will attract a larger volume of individuals across the communities. Cost specific applications are highly productive in the context of communities.
- Providing better ideas to the stakeholders by explaining them the current situation and asking for recommendations to improvise. Stakeholder engagement is one of the most influential ways to improvise situations and attain better relativity with the available resources.
- Development of togetherness across the different segments and cultural varied communities. Since the availability of a diversified cultural community is applicable across the system, the availability of a binding factor is necessary across the segments (Ash et al. 2019).
- Taking in to account the views of local habitats across the region. Support from local inhabitants initiates a feeling of relativeness and support. This defines the operational usability indexes which are associated with the community and establish a better approach to development.
Conclusion
To conclude, it can be said that there are certain sections such as diversity and technology management, stakeholder management and compliance to the government regulations while accepting operational changes in a major community development process. The research questions included under the specified sections are associated with providing a better operational design all along the process. This includes a more suitable form of managing resources and the related stakeholders for this process of community development. The overall operability index that is linked to providing additional benefits across the community development process is acceptable across the research process. The questions and objectives are intensively assessed across the included dimensions of this research and are specifically addressed across the provided set of operational designs. This process is also liable to integrate the operation in many possible ways and are associated with providing a more significant amount of information for the community development process. The research process integrated into this assessment is also perfectly inclined to facilitate a better understanding of different sections that are associated with the development and management of operations for a significant community development process. The process is suitable to collect a reasonable amount of information associated with the concerned subject. This has helped in increasing the dependency of the community development process over the technological aspects such as applications and platforms.
Considerations for further research
Considerations for future researches can include an extensive idealization of a different and advanced version of the technology that is integrated across the possible segments of the community development process. The future researches can be based on a variety of tools and equipment which are based on usage of technological implications across the proposed set of operations. This will be also supported by the advanced level of diversity and cultural difference management process across the provided sections. The future considerations can use a more increased number of applications which are to be used for the idealization of the community management process by providing a more segmented and operationally suitable format for development. Applications for diversity management can also be used to integrate across the overall process of managing cultural and language-based differences across the communities.
