The effectiveness exists when there is democracy in exercising the powers they are commissioned with in the process of making, exiting and interpreting the law. the difference that can be there with how the branches interact is attached to the lobbying and partisan manipulation where some bill a shaped to fit the future alliance of certain party. Currently, some of the execution processes are not based on the interest of the public but compromised by the executive powers especially who are nominated by the president.
