Complaint letter
I am writing a complaint letter to your company (Walter Con Company) to complain about the poor services I receive on 18/08/2020.i had ordered for services of your company in fixing CCTV cameras in my I wanted for a long time since the morning waiting for your workers to come. They delayed arriving as it was communicated to me when I ordered service from your company, which clearly stated that your services would be done from 7 am. Still, for that day until 9 am, there was no sign of anyone coming to ma premise to do some services.
I tried to call the secretary to confirm the delay, but she never picked the call for almost three times.so I was left only with one choice to went for a worker to come. After half an hour I received a call from your secretary and told me she was away, and the worker had left the premises at my home and soon they will be arriving at my homestead. It took them two more hours to arrive at my home, and the vehicle they were in it the driver was so careless that he hit one of my beautiful vessels of the jacaranda tree, which was one of my most valued vessels in at the entrance of my homestead.
However, they started the task as soon as they arrived, workers arrived. I gave them all the requirements they needed as prescribed by the supervisor, and I left them going on with the job smoothly, and I left for a meeting at a certain hotel since time was not on my side, leaving them behind with my keys. It took me two hours when I received a call from one of the workers that they had fixed the CCTVs camera, and they were waiting for me to come home to check the activity before they leave the house.
Immediately I left the meeting, and I headed towards homes, and on my way home, I met across one of your workers who were among the workers working at my homestead. I stopped the car trying to find why they had left that too fast without waiting for me at least to have my keys and inspect the CCTVs, but the worker was rude that he never had time for my stories, so I rushed home and found no one there and the gate was left ajar. Everything was in a mess. The compound was littered everywhere when I went too checked about the CCTVs, and I found they were not workings. I first went to the NVR (Network Video Recorder). I opened each camera to view them, and I also went to check about each camera’s recent footage, and I found there was no recorded footage.
I waited until it was at night to check about IR based night vision to allow the camera to set at night. Most of these little lights cannot be seen when on to the naked eyes, but I should have seen a fainted red light being emitted from these IR lights. After checking all those steps, I finally realized that the CCTVs were either off or they were damaged. I called your secretary, and she never picked up the call, so I had to leave a message I sent an email, but there is no feedback until now.
I am most annoyed with the recklessness of your team. The worker never checked the CCTVs starting from wasting my time, and the secretary was too lazy to perform her duty perfectly. Furthermore, littering everywhere in at my homestead and leaving my homestead gate ajar is a sign of being reckless. I trust your manager, and I have worked with you for many years to rectify that and send your workers to come and correct the CCTVs and deliver quality work. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss the matters further and learn some method to prevent .hat from recurring.am looking forward to hearing from you
