                                                           CONTRACT AGREEMENT

1. Names of Parties

This agreement is entered into the 8^th day of August 2020 between United Freelance Fashion, Address 000150, UK and Designs, and Tracks Limited Address 005050, UK.

2. Description of Project

United Freelance Fashion (UFF) is a freelance entity that specializes in shows exhibiting fashion trends, videography, and photography options (Class Project Part II). Additionally, I offer recordings for both social and corporate events. Designs and Tracks Limited is the client receiving the services for its corporate launch of a new branch in Oxford.

3. The Scope of Work

Generally, the scope of work will be the provision of videography and photography services to Designs and Tracks Limited, which will further include the following:

1. a) Represent and give recommendations to the client (Designs and Tracks Limited) on any matter photography and videography.
2. b) Ensure the operations of the event of Designs and Tracks Limited comply with relevant legal requirements regarding filming

c). Review, develop and update filming policies in private events for the client

4. Quality Standards

UFF as a result of this covenants to;

1. a) Execute and complete the contract works strictly in pursuant to the relevant legislation and regulations, standards, and code of professional conduct.
2. b) Adhere to agreed work plan, timelines, and scope of work.
3. Deadline

The event is scheduled for the 31^st day of August 2020.  The client will be given up to the last week of the month on the 28^th day of August 2020 to present the original copies of the fully signed contract. Failure to which, the client will be considered no longer interested in the deal, and the two parties will part ways.

6. Alterations

Changes and improvements to the contracts will be allowed for consideration until the deadline day of submission on the 28^th day of August 2020. The revisions will be strictly limited to the scope of work and payment considerations.

7. Confidentiality Clause

The contract is purely for the upcoming event at Designs and Tracks Limited, and at no time can it be used for any other purpose. The client is expected to adhere to the confidentiality of the conditions herein with disclosure to third party amounting to legal proceedings

8. Dispute Resolutions

Negotiations and mediation will always be considered the first approach to remedy any dispute within the contract framework. Upon further disagreements, legal proceedings are advised. Conditions for legal proceedings will rely on the failure to fulfill the stipulated scope of work on the specified date.

9. Payments

The payments will be made on a per hour rate of $ 68. A single day will consist of 5 working hours, and with the event running for four days, it culminates to 20 working hours. The full payment will amount to $1,360.00 payable to the bank account below.

10. Cancellation Fees

Upon accepting the contract through signing, a cancellation can only be active if done in writing and within 48 hours after contract approval. Furthermore, a cancellation fee of $ 100.00 will be incurred by the client payable to the account listed above before official cancellation is made. Alternatively, during the execution of the contract, if UFF is proved to be unable to meet the terms of the agreement, Designs and Tracks Limited shall terminate the contract any time from then on under the provisions of the contract agreement. Similarly, UFF shall terminate the contract in accordance with the provisions of the contract if and when the client does not meet the terms of the agreement

11. Licensing and Copyrights Transfers

The filming products will only be used by UFF and Design and Tracks Limited for their personal use, which is limited to advertising, marketing, and branding of individual entities’ assets. Any third-party inclusion minus the direct contact and acceptance in writing from either party will amount to legal redress (Czetwertyński 155). The copyrights are strictly within the contractual parties.
