Organizational behavior focuses on the work environment and its impact on the performance levels of the employees.

Some of the factors that influence organizational behavior include leadership styles, organizational culture, and motivation, and communication structures.

The primary elements that affect organizational behavior include the environment, technology, group, and organizational stricter. These factors can serve to either positively or negatively shape the behaviors of the group members.
