Business ethics and values are also beneficial to most clients as it involves consideration of peoples civil rights to provide effective services. As a result, customers are assured of receiving quality goods and services.

Accepted codes of conducts drives people in accepting, respecting and appreciating people’s cultures hence minimizing chances of cultural conflicts (Goldman et al., 2003). Understanding behavioral aspects encourages collaborators to openly express themselves therefore minimizing misjudgment that could lead to cultural conflicts.
Allowing contribution of diverse potential partners introduces new talents into the organization whose skills results to improved services. Talents bring new skills into the organization which is useful for innovation purposes therefore, operators are assured of retaining its customers if quality diverse services are offered (Kaur, 2012). Having different stakeholders from varying communities creates awareness of the services required in the market as each member contributes in suggesting products highly demanded by their community.
Apart from provision of better services, allowing diversity brings people together which boosts the relationship between stakeholders. Diversity allows people to learn and appreciate people’s cultures which contributes in strengthening good relationships (Kaur, 2012). Additionally, bringing different communities together enable people to learn more about cultures, norms and values which is important in planning for organizational development while maintaining collaborative relationships between stakeholders or potential partners.
Social and organizational justice should be considered when solving problems within an institution. In terms of social justice, operators should seek ideas from various stake holders to come up with a common decision acceptable by everybody (Kaur, 2012). Furthermore, the decisions made should equally favor members of different cultures to prevent emergence of more problems that may lead to conflicts. For organizational justice, there is need to offer equal opportunities which enhances teamwork therefore, smooth flow of activities. When members equally contributes in the development of an organization, it becomes easier to solve issues.
In every organization, staff members are governed by laws which ensure activities are carried out effectively. The laws consist of dress codes methods and employees roles among others which has contributed in providing effective services to clients (Goldman et al., 2003). Good grooming represents the decency of an organization a symbol of providing better services. Understanding personal role in an organization minimizes misunderstandings which has resulted to attracting more potential stakeholders useful in the development of organizations.
