To respond to the question on the problems encountered by Med-Tech in the introduction of new products, you have done a good job by outlining some of the problems that Med-Tech has encountered while introducing new products (Auer, 2018). You have outlined the major causes of reduced customer care brought about by the inaccessibility of information and poor delivery schedules. Every customer expects products to be delivered at the right time. They expect to get the products at their disposal whenever they need them. This mostly happens when a new product cannot reach the market due to inventory issues. You have clearly shown the need to meet customer demands. Med-Tech, as a market leader in innovation, fails to satisfy customer needs. Inventory or poor communication should not be a factor for such an innovative company. Products should reach the market and be sustained to avoid them becoming obsolete.
On what drives the problems symmetrically or organizational, you did a done a superb job in outlining both the factors to show how they affect Med-Tech. In symmetrical, such an organization should have a proper plan for timely delivery (Auer, 2018). You talked about the need for proper financial management to keep track of records to predict the future. The writer insists that for Med-Tech to prosper and avoid future problems, there will be a need for proper distribution of information on different sections (De Maria at al., 2018).
I like the way you outlined the need for information dissemination from consumers who are the key to the success of every business. There is a need for a Customer Care Manager to rely on the relevant information back to the company to uphold company image while keeping loyal customers. When it comes to solving these problems, there is a need to capitalize on unified info systems (Schulze-Bonhage, 2017). This will help to prioritize fast-moving products from the rest, and the organization can capitalize on that. Proper information systems will give the right feedback to the organization on customer complaints. These problems will be easily solved when the right channels are followed and will help to create a good image for the company.
