Kindly note we managed to 27 deals worth kes 1,187,750.65,We had slow disbursement due to below challenges .
- Some county and Ministry payrolls are still closed,RMS and Payroll team are anticipating all payrolls to be opened by tomorrow apart from Kenya Medical Training College and Infrastructure which will be opened on 4th of March.
- T.S.C Payroll is still closed ,we are expecting it to be opened before the end of 28th of this month .
- Deals Advised /worked on after cut time; We have some deals advised from county payroll this evening and some deals worked on from rejected deals list this evening. These deals will be paid tomorrow morning.
- Buy offs outstanding Clearance letters and stop orders; Third parties have not stopped deductions at payroll to enable us upload select deduction. Regional Managers and payroll team are still following up to ensure this has been done.
- We have a number of deals captured from field this evening, these deals will be uploaded once payroll is open.
- Loans to be reduced (Reduce and Pay Loans),some deals were advised as reduce and pay this evening .This will be followed up by tomorrow morning.
Below is the breakdown of the payable deals we have in-house;
33 deals worth kes 1,179,527 are for TSC awaiting payroll to be opened ,Kevin/Dunstan will update us once open
Loans to be reduced (Reduce and Pay Loans),4 deals worth kes 464,403 are pending reduction.
6 deals worth kes 504,460 are advised but awaiting amended documents, this is being followed up by Regional team.
8 buy offs worth kes 1.6M are pending stop orders and clearance letters to enable us upload our deduction at payroll.
