Dear Marthin
Please note, we had budgeted for 71 deals worth kes 3,845,530. However, we only managed to disburse 29 deals worth kes 1,137,003.13.
We did not meet the set budget for the day due to the below challenges;
Some deals were advised as do not process;
The use of rental allowance on Police and Administrative police unit deals affected the creditworthiness of the client at payroll.
The use of administrative allowance on the Office of the president deals also affected the creditworthiness of the client.
Low deals inflow; we did have enough loans for uploads to cater for the deals advised as do not process.
We did not receive all payroll uploads as anticipated; this is because of the below challenges ;
Kilifi County payroll, there was no power, RM(Baset)will provide an update by tomorrow.
Nyamira, Siaya, Kilifi County, and Kisumu, deals were submitted at payroll. However, RM and regional collector were advised to collect updates tomorrow by noon. (Staff members are still on the ongoing meeting).
We anticipated to upload and pay to Buy off deals outstanding Clearance letters and stop orders, but this did not happen. We did not receive clearance letters and stop orders to enable us to upload deals for payment. This is being followed up by Regional Managers for finalization.
We have 5 deals worth kes 78,770 advised/worked on from rejected list after cut off time; These deals will be paid first thing tomorrow morning.
Deals captured from the field by agents this evening; some deals for T.S.C, County, and Ministry payroll were obtained from the field this evening; hence we were unable to upload the deals for payment today. The Payroll team will work on the deals tomorrow morning.
Loans to be reduced (Reduce and Pay Loans);3 deals worth kes 56,827 were advised as reduce and pay and we did not get hold of the client within the given cut off time for today. (Today was a holiday in Mauritius and their cut off time was at 1.30 PM).
