Most immigrants have a relation with the United States citizen which means denying the chance can make them refugees in other countries Democrat policy should be employed, but immigration should be minimized to those who are skilled and seeking employment in the United States as well as refugees to secure their lives.

Permanent migration policy is another policy of immigration that allows settlement of migrants permanent in a state. Some countries are considered to support permanent migration which means the policies set in those countries encourage immigration. Some countries allow permanent settlement for various ethnic groups or religious groups. An example is Israel which supports immigration of people who have Jewish religion ground. Entrepreneurs are also allowed for permanent migration by the policy which is an alternative way to immigrate to another country.
