Yes, employee turnover is indeed a big concern for employees who are always striving to ensure health facilities are adequately staffed. Besides, it is vital to maintain a happy team of professionals that is valuable in delivering quality and competitive services to enhance individual and community outcomes. There are various ways of maintaining a talented pool of employees and motivate the current employee group. One effective such strategy is by offering competitive compensation. It is true most employees quit a particular employer because of compensation issues. This requires managers to review the salary packages regularly. Besides, including bonuses and tips where dues can help to motivate employee groups. I also agree with you about the need to review the current work schedule to eliminate employee burnout and the chances of employees getting overwhelmed. This information is particularly helpful for nursing healthcare managers. Besides, I hope to continue learning from such insightful posts to influence my position in the profession. Thank you for your insights.

Cassandra, this is a very informative post. I agree with your position that a multi-professional health team comprising of physicians, Registers Nurses, LPNS, CNAs, physical therapists, radio technologists, Chiropractors, and Physical therapists is essential in providing nurturing care enhancements the quality of care as well as patient safety. I admire how you present the initiatives your healthcare facility embraces to ensure adequate staffing and to maintain a motivated unit. The first approach entails using employee feedback to design competitive packages for their dedication. This approach allows employees to compensate workers adequately for their input in healthcare delivery, which serves as a big motivation. Also, I support your idea of empowering the staff by offering suitable reimbursement plans and opportunities to advance their knowledge and skills. Besides, offering new opportunities for advancement within the facility or affiliates can help the organization retain a competitive health team. In my view, adopting these strategies can help an employer to maintain a competitive working group and reduce employee turnover.
