Thank you for this great and informative post. The independent executives are some of the basic groups that managed to create the congress and decided to have a separate form of executive office outside the organization. In many cases, they are organized as cabinet departments that carry-out their activities based on cabinet status. Some service functions aim to perform something vital such as the EPA. For example, the use of NASA is seen as a regulatory agency that played a critical role in creating the congress and tried to enforce the required regulations outside the economic activity in the surrounding areas. Further, it can be agreed that cabinet departments are seen as the major forms of administration based on the executive department. Most of these organizations have their budget and have specific policy functions that help in the general management of the organization. To ensure clear functionality, each department has its budget and can be able to formulate ways through which major functions delegated to them from the federal government are supposed to function. There is also the idea of government cooperation’s which are entities of the organization created to ensure that they perform critical functionalities aimed at ensuring that they effectively compete with private entities such as UPS which are seen to be more competitive and efficient in their activities. Many presidential commissions are usually appointed by the government and their main function is to ensure that all activities are carried out within the required frameworks and able to strengthen their security.

After reading through your post, I realized the cabinet departments form part of the executive branch mainly in the federal government. The existing executive department aims to carry out the various functions of the major operating activities of the organization while trying to fulfill the needs of the body. In many cases, the head of the department is usually appointed by the president and then later approved by the senate. The president is then advised by the nominated secretaries thus becoming some of the most critical people who ensure that the presidential functionality is on the required track. Further, many of the executive departments have the sub-agencies and get their required support through the existing support work found within each department. Some of the well-established agencies are well known to the public and will always ensure that they control the spread of the diseases and can be useful when trying to find out how each bureau works. The existence of independent agencies helps in conducting government operations and is seen as the pillars of department operation which have a narrower responsibility. It has been a clear activity across all departments that the head of each agency is appointed by the president and are directed to ensure that the economic well-being of the country is at the required level. Furthermore, regulatory agencies operate within the required bureaucracy provisions that are found in the various sectors of the government. Therefore, these are some of the provisions that aim to fulfill the needs of the departments that are made up of various secretaries. Thank you for this great and informative post.
