As indicated by Rosemary, EBP is a deliberate scientific process that seeks to transform the various practices in the healthcare setting, including diagnosis, treatment, and discovery of medication to address patient ailments. However, due to increasing diversity in the healthcare environment, practitioners need to establish adequate standards on how to apply and assess the effectiveness of EBP.
