When it comes to nursing, going to the clinic is a priority for students from year 2. One of the reasons why this is considered is because those who are in the first year are still learning the basic requirements in the field of nursing. The students are still new in the system, and they need to familiarize themselves with the basic things. In other words, this is known as the foundation. By the time the students are moving to the second year, they will be familiar with all the basic terms and concepts. A person who is in the second year needs to do some practical, and that is why the system allows them to go to the clinic. This student is familiar with the clinic environment since a good foundation was laid in the previous year. Even though the students from year 2-3 can go to the clinic, they are accompanied by the clinical instructor. This is the person who assists the student by answering any questions that they have (Akbari & Chalak, 2019).
There is a significant number of nurses that graduate from different institutions. Most of these professionals need jobs, but they are not compassionate about that job. One way that the Job market has played a role in nursing dissatisfaction is by having an increase in access to job opportunities. This implies that those who have done nursing have a greater opportunity to secure a job from healthcare organizations. Another reason is the existence of competitive healthcare organizations. Just like in other industries, there is competition in healthcare. All that matters to these organizations is having a competitive advantage in the market. There is also the issue of poor nursing leadership. The leaders that are put in place have no qualities.
