Truly, I feel the same as you that it is very hard to keep track of all the tax laws and policies since many changes happen daily. Accountants have a very huge task because they deal with many tax laws and many types of clients from diverse backgrounds. As such, the accountant needs to keep up with track of these changing tax laws so that they can do things the right way and correctly. I agree with you that if accountants want to succeed in their line of work, then, they must be able to efficiently track changes in tax and all other laws associated with accounting. To address this problem sustainably, there is a need to do research and investigate how current accountants stay on top of tax changes. By doing comprehensive research in this area, their chances of helping other accountants on how best they can tract tax changes.
Anti-Discrimination Laws in Hiring Response
Undeniable, cultural diversity is an issue that affects the workplace significantly. I agree with you that many issues arise in the workplace because of cultural diversity. There are many employment discrimination laws that both employers and employees do not understand and this can cause many issues in the workplace. Truly, I also feel that there is a need to develop a greater compilation of rules and best practices, which will be used as a quick reference in the workplace by both employees and employers to help address issues that arise as a result of cultural diversity today. If employees or employers familiarize themselves with these laws, they both will understand their rights in the work environment thus reduce unnecessary complications. I agree with you that the main goal is to educate all stakeholders on different laws and explain to them how these regulations can impact them in the work environment.
Automotive Autonomous Driving Response
I agree with you that automotive autonomous driving is a new technology that will shape the future of the automotive industry. Truly, this idea seems like a dream but it is currently working. The roads have many other cars that do not operate autonomously, which has presented a significant problem to engineers as they want to bring level four and five autonomy on our roads. It would be amazing. To reach level four and five autonomy, engineers need to address a few issues so that accidents and incidences can be avoided on the road considering that currently, we have both zero autonomous cars and fully autonomous cars. I feel that our engineers need to perfect each level of autonomy before moving to another. For instance, the idea of both vehicles communicating virtually can be an excellent way of avoiding accidents. I second this idea because there is no need for a hurry. What we need is perfection on our road for safety.
