The researcher Andy Kirk listed the following four main stages of visual representation; Formulate the summary. Function with data. Maintaining editorial thought about you. Acting with data has two parts, for example, through the process of gathering and processing and planning the data. Creating your creative approach focuses on identifying what you’re going to present to your readers or stakeholders (Maxwell, 2019). Creating the proposed design focuses on evaluating all design choices and starting the development process. I would really like to expand on setting up your editorial framework as I feel that it is among the most critical aspects of data visualization.

In my view, developing editorial philosophy is very critical in the process of visualization techniques, like the analysis, you have done to gather the data and the research you have made to support the data in form would be lost if you are unable to show it to the public in a great way, as I stated above, setting out the editorial ways of introducing the report to shareholders in just such a manner that they might easily grasp the interpretation of the data by graphs, also including pie chart, bar chart, line graph, histogram graph, etc. this is not advised to use any odd charts that are difficult to comprehend and describe (Li, 2019). In addition, the details that we use in the analysis of data must be accurate. Throughout the nutshell, I agree that all four components are relevant, but when we deliver the study, it ought to be consistent and we need to know when and what graphs to use so that it is easy for management to make the outcome. Except for this, I believe that social skills must be needed when presenting the study.
